With over a decade of experience in the orthodontic field, Yessi has cultivated a deep understanding of every step in the patient journey. Her expertise spans front desk operations, patient interactions as a treatment coordinator, and financial management. Known for her attention to detail and dedication, Yessi ensures seamless workflows and clear communication across all aspects of orthodontic management.

When not coaching, Yessi enjoys spending time with her husband and son in Chicago.
